The new AGEAS Headquarters in Lisbon, designed by the Architect Eduardo Capinha Lopes and promoted by Elegant Group / Martinhal, recently won the Best Real Estate Development Award in the Sustainable Construction and Energy Efficiency category of SIL – Salão Imobiliário de Portugal .
The project itself represents the combination of architecture and construction based on the choice of materials and innovative technologies that enable the construction of sustainable and efficient buildings with the well-being of employees in mind.
We were honored to have participated in this project, supplying and installing our TRIA Fire Rated Metal Doors, the Fogofil System (fire resistant glazed sytems), the Fire Stopping System and the Fire Curtains.
