Awarded this year as the “Best Real Estate Development in Commerce, Services and Logistics” and “Efficiency and Sustainable Excellence Award” and part of the EXEO Office Campus project, Lumnia is one of the largest office developments built in Portugal. In collaboration with our client and developer HCI, the entire project was supplied with our fire-rated metal doors RF, Plano and COMPLAN Series. In addition, we installed the automatic fire curtains BACHFIRE EW 60 and the fire stopping system.
Projected by RISCO Architecture and Urban Design and promoted by AVENUE Real Estate, Lumnia counts with a total construction area of 30,000 m2, where details and materials were thought to the millimeter, and architecture and technology merge into a highly efficient and sustainable building.
