Single hinged leaf

Hinged metal door with coplanar leaf and frame on both sides. Frame is made of cold-rolled galvanized steel profiles of 1.75 mm thick welded to each other.
It contains a seal along the entire perimeter. The leaf consists of two 1.25 mm-thick electro-galvanized steel sheet panels coated with 4 mm MDF, incorporating thermal and acoustic insulating materials. A seal is also incorporated around the entire perimeter of the leaf.
An automatic drop-down seal is built into the threshold. It has a high-security automatic lock with three locking points. This lock automatically activates the hooks when closing the door.
The pivoting operation of the door is concealed and ensured by reinforced steel hinges with ball bearings, allowing three-axis adjustment. Optionally, it is possible to motorize the lock and associate it with an access control system.
