Dever\u00e1 incluir alimentos do grupo dos cereais e derivados, do grupo dos latic\u00ednios e do grupo da fruta.<\/p>\n<p>Fazer cinco a seis refei\u00e7\u00f5es por dia, sem saltar nenhuma: \u00e9 fundamental n\u00e3o estar mais do que tr\u00eas horas e meia sem comer.<\/p>\n<p>Consumir alimentos variados: saber o tipo, a quantidade e como combinar os alimentos de todos os grupos necess\u00e1rios para planear as refei\u00e7\u00f5es;<\/p>\n<p>Iniciar as refei\u00e7\u00f5es principais com sopa de legumes: alimento rico em fibra que aumenta a saciedade, controla o apetite, controla os n\u00edveis de colesterol e glicemia sangu\u00edneos e melhora o tr\u00e2nsito intestinal;<\/p>\n<p>Aumentar o consumo de alimentos ricos em fibra: optar por alimentos ricos em fibra como os cereais integrais, leguminosas, produtos hort\u00edcolas, frutos, hort\u00edcolas e, preferencialmente, os da \u00e9poca. Consumir 3 a 5 por\u00e7\u00f5es de fruta e 3 a 5 por\u00e7\u00f5es de hort\u00edcolas por dia.<\/p>\n<p>Consumir quantidades moderadas de gorduras: preferir \u00f3leos vegetais insaturados (azeite, soja, girassol ou milho) em vez de gorduras animais ou \u00f3leos com elevado teor de gorduras saturadas (\u00f3leo de coco ou palma). Deve-se tamb\u00e9m dar prefer\u00eancia \u00e0s carnes brancas (aves) e peixe,<\/p>\n<p>relativamente \u00e0s carnes vermelhas. Evitar alimentos processados ou fritos e, sempre que poss\u00edvel, escolher leite e lactic\u00ednios meios-gordos ou magros;<\/p>\n<p>Ingerir menos sal e a\u00e7\u00facar: cozinhar e preparar os alimentos optando por temperar com cebola, alho, tomate, pimento e ervas arom\u00e1ticas. Para petiscar, preferir frutos frescos em vez de alimentos a\u00e7ucarados ou doces. Moderar a ingest\u00e3o de refrigerantes ou sumos a\u00e7ucarados.<br \/>\nIngerir \u00e1gua com abund\u00e2ncia ao longo do dia: Pelo menos, um litro e meio a tr\u00eas litros por dia, dependendo da atividade f\u00edsica e das condi\u00e7\u00f5es de temperatura e humidade.<\/p>\n<p>Reduzir o consumo do \u00e1lcool.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Alimente a sua sa\u00fade!
